This small development of six holiday homes is located on the steeply sloping hillside overlooking Trevaunance Coombe in St Agnes, on the north Cornish coast. As such it has fine views out over the beach to the Atlantic beyond.

Each house has three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms as well as a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The latter open out onto large timber decks which cantilever out over the adjacent hillside.

The houses are prefabricated as lightweight, heavily insulated, timber- framed panels and assembled on site. Walls and pitched roofs are then clad externally in horizontal FSC hardwood boards left to weather naturally to a silvery grey.

The house incorporates geothermal heating and hot water, as well as a whole house heat recovery ventilation system. The first show house has been completed.
