The ground floor also accommodates two bathrooms, a separate WC, a large utility room and a second study.
Cars are deliberately kept away from the house in a lightweight steel and hardwood structure at the southern entrance to the site.
The house incorporates solar water heating, passive solar gain principles and rainwater recycling.
